Description
The measurement of power flowing through or dissipated by an electrical circuit or piece of equipment.
Subtypes of Wattage are ACTUAL and TARGET.
If a SubType is not specified, the reported value for the data must default to the Subtype of ACTUAL.
Wattage must be reported in units of WATT
